The 100k is a figure eight loop. Starting northward up past B+ and the Gravity Cavity it turns west (left) into the western forest and then back through the Ganaraska Forest Centre: and that's the first 40km of the course. Then the 100k riders ride northwards AGAIN (riding one secion over again) and then this time they turn east (right) into the eastern section of the course to complete the last 60km.
